Mini Tuna Pastilla
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of pastilla or feuille de brick
2 large potatoes
150 grams of grated surimi
150 grams of grated cheese
- A can of tuna in oil
2 tablespoons of parsley
Garlic powder + half a tablespoon of cumin + a quarter teaspoon of hot pepper and the same amount of black pepper
Egg white
Method:
Boil the potatoes with their skins and salt. When they are cooked, remove the skins and flatten them with a fork. Add the surimi, tuna with oil, parsley, cheese and spices. Mix everything together and form balls. Set aside.
Take circles of pastilla paper and brush them with egg white on the sides so that they stick together when forming them. Place a ball of filling in each circle and roll it into a small bouquet or cigar, as desired.
We put it in the oven at 180 degrees until it turns red, and we serve it hot as an appetizer or with Moroccan tea.
