
Moroccan salad with tomatoes and onions
Ingredients:
1 kilo of tomatoes
Medium-sized onion, cut into very small pieces
1 piece of lettuce + 1 cucumber
Olive oil + black pepper + salt + vinegar
Coriander and parsley
Method:
Wash the tomatoes well, cut them into small pieces, add the onions, chopped lettuce, cucumbers cut into small pieces, olive oil, salt, vinegar, coriander and parsley. Mix everything together and serve.




Ingredients:
4 carrots
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper, paprika and ground coriander
1 onion
50 ml oil
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vinegar
Method:
Grate the carrots, add salt and sugar, mix well and leave for 30 minutes
Cut the onion into circles and fry it in oil and leave it aside
Take a plate and put the carrots in it, drained from water, make a hole in the middle and put the spices mentioned above and the oil in which we fried the onions. Finally, add the grated garlic and vinegar and mix everything and leave it for an hour or more. Then serve it

Method:
